Before his engineering career, Joe served in 2 Squadron RAF Regiment and 23 SAS(R), operating across multiple theatres around the world. That experience shaped the discipline and calm under pressure he now brings to complex engineering delivery. With over 15 years of systems engineering across defence, maritime, and automotive sectors, Joe has led engineering on some of the most demanding programmes in the UK. His expertise spans requirements engineering, system architecture, verification and validation, and simulation. He has been principal systems engineer on sonar and radar test systems, led V&V for major defence programmes, and has deep experience with DOORS, SysML, and Model-Based Systems Engineering. He has also delivered training and process improvement across multiple organisations.
